The pendant is beautiful, and the seller is amazing! There was a small hiccup during the creation process, but she was amazingly helpful, sweet, and patient. An urn pendant is a thing that is both made of love and sadness, and having a seller who understands that and makes sure the love outweighs the sadness is so very hard to find. I can't recommend Irene enough!
