The entire top is a container and will hold roughly half a teaspoon of ashes. The antler itself has been drilled into and also has a small compartment.
Each cremation necklace you see in my store is handmade.
My self taught technique is similar to painting with metal. Each metal divot, bump, crevice and line are created using a handheld tool which melts the metal. I paint (mold) it around the stone and handmade vessel.... Like a painting, my work completely captures a moment in time. ππ»
The pendant is made with a silver mixture of tin and copper, melted then dripped, creating natural formations. The metal is then hand painted and oxidized, giving the once bright silver finish, a rustic, aged look.
To open the urn, simply unscrew from the top and you will be able to see the inside container. Here you can store human remains or pet remains. Feel free to put other items in as well, such as sand, soil, strands of hair, fur, or any other sacred item. These pendants come with a small funnel and a stainless steel stick. These tools are to help push the items through the funnel carefully, neatly and efficiently.
This comes with a stainless steel chain of your choice which you can choose upon checkout. The long, 30" ball chain can easily be cut down at home with a pair of scissors.
