I gladly accept exchanges and cancellations:
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
The following items can't be exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale

I am sorry, URNS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
Due to the nature of these products I WILL NOT process returns and re-stock the item for re-sale. The reason I am so strict about my return policy.... I accepted returns when I first began the business and accepted one from a customer who claimed it had not been used. When I received the item back, I swabbed it and found ashes inside the container. Maybe another seller would be fine with this. To me, these are sacred containers. My morals and beliefs would not allow me to just clean it up and send it out to someone else as a re-sale. Unfortunatly, this situation happened a second time and I then decided to set a strict no return policy.
